| One of my pet peeves is the almost constant use of cell phones by people while driving, shopping, dining, in line at the store etc. Does no one know how to say ‘I’ll call you right back’? Well, it has gone beyond that now, with them being used in supposed relaxing getaway places like at the beach. This is beyond being inconsiderate.
While on the beach recently, I had to just sit there and listen to this woman for at least an hour while she talked on her cell phone and pranced back forth in front of me. I couldn’t concentrate on my book.
How thoughtless and inconsiderate can she be?

Some time had passed since this article was posted. Now I had encountered the exact same sittuation at a beach. Girl was talking on the phone all the time parading in front of me with a bikini on. I aproched her, but she continuate to concetrate on her phone. This was not a business call, but rather chit-chat with a girlfriend from what I could hear. And I could hear her clearly. This was was annoyed me in the first place. So I pulled the strings from her bikini bottom open and had it in my hand. The girl did not stop phoning. Just complained to the other end that some random dude had removed her panties – can you belive that. She did not to mind being bottomless. From her face I could tell she was annoyed that someone wanted to interrupt her call. I then put the panties to her belongings and left the beach. Totally buffled for what just happend.
I could not understand why they keep talking. I mean not only do they add noise to the beach, It is also quite loud for them. You can see on the picture, that this girl plugs her ear to hear what the person on the other end sais.
