I know what you must be thinking.
You’re thinking what am I hiding under that big dress? A big hairy bush, maybe? Or some granny panties?
I get that a lot.
And not just from Inspectors. I get comments like that from regular boys, like you. But don’t worry, I’m not bothered by it. If you want to see what I’m hiding, you can just ask me, I’m not embarrassed. In fact, I’m proud to be a good girl who obeys the Dress Code.
See? No granny panties! And before you ask, no, I’m not wearing a thong or a bra, either. I told you, I’m a good girl.
So why am I wearing such a big dress? I’m amazed you even need to ask that question. Why don’t you read the College Code of Conduct? It says very clearly on the first page, “The main purpose of the dress code is to encourage girls to dress modestly.” It goes on to explain that by prohibiting girls from wearing panties under their dresses, a girl will be more inclined to wear a dress long enough to cover her most intimate of areas.
Do I get Inspected more often when I wear such a long dress? Of course. But that’s understandable, isn’t it? I mean, not everyone knows what a good girl I am, so it’s reasonable to ask me to prove it from time to time.
I really don’t mind taking off my dress to show I’m following the dress code. I know lots of girls are embarrassed, especially freshmen. But, really, we’re all naked under our clothes, right? And so it’s no big shock that I’m naked when I take off my dress. I think where some other girls go wrong is they think somehow they’re entitled to keep their dress on, when, in fact, the opposite is true. Other students are entitled to take my dress off, because it’s in every student’s interest to make sure girls dress and behave decently, and the best way to do that is to make sure every girl is following the Dress Code.
So every morning, I follow a very simple rule when I get dressed. “Never put on a dress you’d be embarrassed to have to take off in public.”
I totally get how an incoming freshman girl might be a little shy about being stripped naked in public. For girls who feel that way, it makes sense to wear a shorter dress. You know, one that shows a little cheek. You’re way less likely to be inspected that way.
A lot of freshmen girls feel conflicted about wearing a very short dress, though, and I understand that. It’s just about impossible to sit in a short dress without flashing your pussy a little bit. But think about it: what dress is completely immune to the possibility someone might look between your legs? That’s right. So if your dress is really short, it’s only slightly more likely to happen to you. So don’t sweat the small stuff, I say.
More and more high schools are passing rules that effectively prohibit girls from wearing panties under very short dresses. I say “effectively” because that’s not how the rules are written in these high schools. Their dress codes say things like “A girl’s dress may not be so short that her panties show”. And the punishment girls face in these high schools if their panties ever show is that they’re forced to remove the dress that was too short. For some reason, girls get really exercised about having to take off their dress, even if they’re wearing panties. Sure, I know a lot of dresses are meant to be worn without a bra, and so they have to parade around the school topless after they receive this punishment, but I mean, really, what’s the big deal?
In any case, high schools that have rules prohibiting panties from showing are unwittingly encouraging girls not to wear panties at all, a fact that has not gone unnoticed by school officials. One of the main causes of this problem is the current fashion in area high schools, where girls wear just a top and panties. The panties are part of such an outfit, and are meant to show, maybe not all the time, but every now and then. When schools pass rules that punish girls by making them take off their tops, they have two ways to react — they can either wear something less fashionable, or simply omit the bottom part of their outfit.
I don’t think school officials fully understand the pressure girls feel to fit in, fashion-wise. So even those girls who feel really uncomfortable not wearing any bottom will still come to school bottomless rather than wear a less fashionable outfit, because they don’t want to risk losing their top. Some of the more progressive teachers understand the pressures girls face, and have made two kinds of unofficial changes to help reduce the pressure girls face to come to school bottomless.
One approach is to make an unofficial rule that lets girls choose whether to remove their panties or their top whenever their panties show. That way, a girl who isn’t sure if her panties will show can come to school wearing panties, hoping they won’t show. And then, if she does happen to get caught with her panties showing, she doesn’t have to go topless; instead, she just removes her panties, which is what she would have done anyway under the official rules.
Another unofficial approach many teachers have adopted is to continue forcing girls to remove their tops whenever their panties show, and in addition, for girls not wearing panties, to also force them to remove their tops if their panties would have shown, had they been wearing panties. This second unofficial approach has the key advantage that it restores the motivation for girls to wear dresses and tops that are sufficiently long to cover them decently, regardless of whether they happen to be wearing panties. One major drawback of this approach is that for girls who happen not to be wearing panties, removing their top can leave them naked, which is even more embarrassing for the girl than just being topless. Another drawback is that it’s not easy to decide whether a girl’s panties would have shown if she’s not wearing panties. Just seeing skin isn’t good enough, because many panties are small enough that a lot of skin shows without the panties showing at all.
In any case, it’s a good thing high schools are turning out more and more girls with experience wearing sexy little dresses or tops without any panties underneath.
